Y'all do know that we have seasons in New orleans as well - just not the same as the rest of the world ;-) We have shrimp season, oyster season.... and right now it's CRAWFISH season. I had a taste for some boiled ones today, so my hubby went toone of our favorite fish markets and brought home a nice big bag. They were outstanding! John's always has super fresh fish, shrimp, crabs and everything else. Their gumbo, etouffe, bisque, stuffed artichokes, seafood pies etc. all are to die for. Come check them out!
And the staff is always ULTRA friendly.
