I went there for check up and got estimate on brakes and rotors replacement. It came super pricey and asked why there is more than hundred dollars difference on parts (not labor) between this place and other stores (I went to local parts shop and run a couple of estimates on exact parts.) A guy stormed in and insulted me with bragging that he uses all premium parts and doesn't use junk parts. It was very uncomfortable because he raised the voice and seemed very upset when I said I won't do replacement there. \r \r All I wanted was hearing some explanations of why the parts cost a lot, not him yelling at customer.\r \r This is not customer should be treated, especially when I was about spend a lot of money.\r \r I paid inspection fee and left. Never go back there again.\r \r Don't go there unless you don't know anything about cars and want to be ripped off.\r \r PS\r I did some price research for estimate parts later.\r I was easily able to find exact parts what they are going to use. \r \r Bendix more

Did good work at first but as soon as they realized I was a returning customer, the prices went up and the service went down. My car has had a multitude of problems lately and every time I brought the car in, they would only fix enough to get the car running for another few weeks. It took almost six months for them to admit to me that they found the root of the problem which was something they would have obviously seen the first time they had my car.\r \r Also one visit they charged me around $400 to refurbish a part. They did not replace anything. They just gave the original part a deep clean. I got curious one day and googled the part to see how many thousands of dollars this part was worth to make deep cleaning the original a more cost effective option. The part cost $50 and replacement of the part is an extremely easy fix. They charged me ~$400 to clean an old part when replacing the part would have been cheaper. more

I took my vehicle there a couple of times and at first it seemed like i was getting a deal, but it seemed once they thought i was a returning customer they could just bend me over on the prices. after i took my business somewhere else i got a free oil change coupon from them. good luck if i will ever take my vehicle back there. more

i had to take my car back twice after repairs for additional problems they should have caught with the first repair? driving downt the street and turning around and telling them the car is not running right? then told one rate and ended up paying three times as much without an explanation. I won't take my car back there ever... more

This auto service center had my car for 10 days and initially said they couldn't figure out the engine size. Come on! Rather than starting from the obvious-distributor-plugs-belts....Then they charged me for three diagnostics. One diagnostic charge is standard! I wouldn't recommend this service center. more

Trying to find an honest, knowledgeable service center? This isnt it. Based on several trips in without getting the problem fixed, but spending a lot of money. more
