? I own and opporate a business here in Mcminnville and have employees. We do a lot of pressure washing. One of my employees started the pressure washer when it had no oil in it. It ran after he added oil but when it cooled down the motor seized up. John was very through in explaining the pros and cons of either keeping and repairing that motor or replacing it with a new motor. I opted for the new motor. It was a 13hp Brigs motor. John had it swapped out and up and running for me that same day. I was able to put the pressure washer back to use the following day. I now have a new motor and a newly developed guideline sheet on the things to check before starting the pressure washer (like the oil) !!! Thanks
Pros: He is through in explaining the problem and solution to you
