This is a great neighborhood shop to get your produce. Their quality (freshness and ripeness) is generally better than at most places, and certainly usually better than at the supermarket. Their prices are also very good, and when they have things on special they can be a real bargain. The shop is small, so if you have on a backpack you feel like you're always going to knock something over. They post their features and specials in posters on their front window, and weather permitting they'll have a little table outside with stuff (often seasonal things like pumpkins). The staff is usually friendly and able to answer your questions. Both fruit and vegetables (and herbs) are good here.
