Fixed my washing machine 6/13/2011

Johnnys Appliance was recommended by another service man who was not able to work on newer models of washing machines. Johnny called on the first work day and was able to come out that day. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered so it took about 10 days until my machine was in working order. However, communication was timely and workmanship was excellent! more

#1 choice for Anchorage. 5/23/2011

I use Johnny's Appliance & Refrigeration Repair for maintenance and repair to all my Subzero and Wolf appliances. Johnny has a lot of experience and is confident in his work. He is also a good troubleshooter, which always saves us time. It's just amazing to be able to call Johnny's and actually get answers. He truly is a Johnny on the spot, and simply a joy to work with. Went above and beyond. 5/17/2011

I was recommended Johnny's Appliance & Refrigeration Repair after being told by other repairmen that my large built-in refrigerator would have to be replaced. One even said that he just wasn't qualified to do the work. A local interior kitchen designer gave me Johnny's information. He has a reputation for being able to find equipment that others say can't be located. I did get a little frustrated, because it was difficult for me to track the progress of the parts sourcing process. Johnny really did come through in the end though, and I will absolutely use him again. He gets busy, so you may have to call him back a few times. Anne Morris more
