My first impression when I walked in was ""This place is filthy"" the carpet was covered with crackers, newspapers everywhere and the glass was smeared. After my initial impression, I had to deal with the front desk staff. RUDE, the lady whom I had to deal with was very short with me and really did not care what I had to say. Finally, after sitting down and waiting for over 45 minutes the nurse called me back to see the doctor. He seemed to be very biased and would interrupt me anytime I wanted to say anything. After waiting for over 45 minutes, the doctor was ""done"" with me after about 5 minutes of him lecturing me on my ""evil ways"" When I got to the check-out window, I discovered that magically my insurance is not covered, even though the check-in lady told me that it was! So, I had a bill for $300, the checkout person did not know what to do since I couldn't afford that so he called his so called ""supervisor"" Oh good, another kid...this kid, Jon, did not have the slightest business smarts at all. I felt like I was more qualified to launch a space shuttle than this kid running the clinic. Finally, we worked out a ""payment arrangement""
Do NOT be fooled by this clinics name! I will NEVER go back!
