What a great experience! John Stevenson Plumbing Heating & Air (JSPH&A) completed an above-ground hot water reroute at my home; I had a slab leak. The installation was perfect. What follows are comments about the installation and the JSPH&A staff: * Stephanie, Customer Service Representative at JSPH&A, the original contact, was delightful, extremely efficient, kind, and cheerful. * Stephanie arranged to have JT, Service Technician, visit my home to evaluate my plumbing problem and to provide an on-the-spot estimate. * JT and Chris, of JSPH&A, arrived to perform the work exactly on time. * JT and Chris completed the reroute in one day working late to complete the installation. * During the reroute, JT and Chris performed several repairs beyond the scope of the contract to ensure a complete and successful installation. This put a big smile on the homeowner's face! * The quality of the installation was superb. The solder joints were beautiful; and the reroute piping layout, insulation, and attachments were complete and well thought out. * JT and Chris were perfect gentlemen, approachable, and very pleasant to deal with. * The contract estimate was very fair. Our roof drains clogged during a recent downpour resulting in 12" of water accumulating on the roof. Robert responded to my emergency call, was onsite as soon as he finished the job he was on (~7pm). He evaluated the situation, worked in the rain until ~9:30 and cleared enough drains to keep the majority of water off the roof, and then set a time on the weekend to come back with some heavy equipment required to clear the worst clogs. He and Christian arrived Saturday on time on and prepared, the drains were completely cleared and cleaned within the estimated time/cost. Well trained, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them, and they are now my 'Go-To' company for any future plumbing issues. more

We phoned the company to check out a furnace that won't turn on. They scheduled for the next morning. The Technician arrived promptly. He was very polite and professional. He even carried little booties to put over his shoes so that he wouldn't dirty our carpets. A new transformer was needed, but we decided that it was more prudent to put that money towards a new furnace, rather than doing a 'band-aid' job.
