This was my second new home purchase in the DFW area, needless to say, preparation and attention to detail in the planning and execution process made a huge difference. I found both the sales and the execution team to be thorough and detailed. Christina and Elmer were extremely helpful during the selection and buying process and getting all the changes in so perfectly. I really appreciated their focus on the detail, practical recommendations, and pointing us to things we had overlooked during the process. Also thanks for assigning us the best Project/ Construction Manager ever!!! Greg Fischer is an awesome individual and professional; he has been outstanding in every area; he has been meticulous, proactive, and provided a level of customer service beyond anything we could have expected. We have truly become his fans in the process of him building our home. Needless to say that our experience has been extremely positive and our house came out with exactly what we wanted and much much more! I would definitely highly rate and recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful home in the DFW area. For people looking at this company I would recommend really being proactive, asking a lot of questions in the planning and design stage. You will be surprised with the amount of leeway you have may have outside the standard options. Also look at their existing construction by the different project managers, since they are the ones that are ultimately building your home. Ask for the best PM to be assigned to the project. more

We built a Landon Signature Series home for our first house and we couldn't be happier. We were really impressed with the sales team (Tami, Susan and Brittanie) from the very beginning. They are extremely responsive, pleasant and professional. They are extremely personable and made us feel very comfortable immediately, which we really appreciated as first time home-buyers with a ton of questions. We also really loved our builder, Daren. He is incredibly professional, organized, and responsive. He really cares about the quality of the homes that he builds. You can really tell that he takes pride in the homes that he builds and that it's not just a job for him. Another thing that really impressed us about Daren was that he is amazing at keeping things on schedule. Other than being a great builder, Daren is a great project manager. There are so many moving parts to building a home and he was fantastic at staying on top of everything. Our home closed several weeks before expectations, so that was a happy surprise. It having been my first time building a home, I was definitely pretty paranoid, and in retrospect, I didn't need to be at all because we were in great hands. Thank you, John R. It was our first home and we are very glad to have chosen John R Landon. Their designs are beautiful and their people wonderful. Susan was very professional and thorough. She always listens carefully and doesn't miss a single detail. We had many questions and sometimes couldn't make up our mind, but she was always patient and thoughtful. It was a positive pleasure having worked with her through this process. Our builder, Darren, was equally thoughtful and diligent. Although we suffered some rain delays during the summer, Darren and his team brought us back on track and eventually delivered us a beautiful home ahead of schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home in the Frisco area. more

We just closed recently on our Landon Signature Home. We were warned building from scratch with any builder in the Dallas market would be a difficult endeavor. However I must admit we were pleasantly surprised with the ease in the process. Susan Oxley and her team were wonderful to work with that we would do it all over again. From the design phase to the selection process to the interaction with our builder it was a great experience. They guide you through the process every step of the way. We had weekly phone communication from the builder and sales team so any concerns were handled quickly. This was our 5th home and we are extremely detailed people. To have my wife not stress was worth every penny we spent. more
