John took care of my car accident claim quickly. I believe in spreading the word about outstanding service and I certainly got that from John. He is a far better person to deal with the insurance companies than I am. I appreciate his candor and realistic expectations and that we were able to formulate a plan for my compensation needs together and stick to it. He is very hands on and I liked being able to talk to my attorney. more
