Incredible as always 2/5/2016

My recent visit to John Overley was wonderful as usual. John's team is thorough and while their watchful eye pretty much guarantees they will have found the issue right away, they always double and triple check to make sure nothing is missed. In a way, they trust their instincts but verify the results of their troubleshooting. I have always known this to be true in the 7 years I have gone to his shop. John never makes a promise he canno keep and he never breaks a promise he makes. He and his team will do everything to provide you with the most skillful assessments and repairs and they will do so with integrity. more

I don't shop for mechanics anymore 1/14/2016

Ever since I found John Overley back in 1996, I stopped shopping for mechanics. This was when he had a Chevron station on Outer Loop. The business relationship I've built with John Overley over the last twenty years has always been excellent. Thanks John! more

Always able to get excellent service in a timely manner. 1/7/2016

I was sideswiped on the highway last week. It completely shattered my mirror (lucky that was it). Stopped by John's and he took a look at it and ordered it for me. Called me the minute that part came in. I scheduled the work for the next day and added some scheduled maintenance to it. He had that car 3-4 hours. Work looks great and he does not charge an arm and a leg. Would recommend him and his crew to everyone. more

Great service 11/16/2015

I had an alternator replaced under warrantee. No questions asked, replacement was done quickly and I was back on the road. Very nice people. Very fair. more

Extra Mile 10/12/2015

John's team always goes the extra mile to provide amazing customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and needed the tires filled with air. It turned out the air was low on 2 tires regularly because of a leak in the wheels. They fixed those leaks but only charged me for the oil change. John Overley is always fair, kind, and generous. I've been going to his shop for 6 and 1/2 years and he has remained consistently amazing in customer service. more
