I'm a runner and am often plagued with nagging aches and pains. Making a massage appointment with John was one of the best training moves I've made in a long time. When I arrived for my appointment, John asked questions about my pain related to an intense running schedule. After explaining the areas of my body that were feeling achy, John discussed the reasons for those problems, and the areas he would focus on to pinpoint the problems. He also explained the massage techniques and pressure points he would use to work out the "kinks." I was impressed at how relaxed I felt after the massage, but especially at the lack of pain I felt the next day before and during a long training run. John will definitely figure prominently into my training plans in the future!
