I had the pleasure of having Jessica Mayo as my paralegal at the Wilson office. She was very professional and helpful with getting all necessary material and filing my case. When I needed to contact her for further questions, I was able to reach her and she answer those questions. Great help when I needed it 10/14/2015

We had a lot of bad luck this year and we tried to weather through it. However once our hours got cut we could no longer pay down our bills. We tried for 8 months to head off our bills but we just couldn't manage it. We made an appointment with John Orcutt and we just recently got our bankruptcy discharge. Bankruptcy is a last choice but it worked for us. more

Mr. Orcutt helped us through a very difficult and delicate time. We were advise to begin a chapter 13 because it was the best protection for what our situation called for. It was difficult to hear once we realized how bad in debt we really were but the staffers that worked in the office were very compassionate and motivated. When we went to our 341 meeting I was relieved to see how Mr Orcutt was respected by the trustee. I knew then we had made not only the right choice but choose the right lawyer. more

Finally Debt Free 11/25/2010

I am so happy that I finally decided to file bankruptcy with a firm who could actually do what they said they could. I am normally skeptical about commercials but I had no choice and I went with John T. Orcutt. I am no debt free from a chapter 13 and I am finally debt free. Dave Ramsey could not help me as fast as bankruptcy did. I appreciate all that was done for me and I hope others who are in the same desperate situation find relief the same way I did. more
