Today is the second time that I've used John Moore Services. Just like the last time,their response time was fast. We had a electrical problem that we would have never figured out ourselves. I usually do not like to deal with contractors, but this technician was very polite ,professional ,meticulous & the price for the job was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call John Moore the next time we have a problem. more

I had a break in an outside faucet that was spraying (easy to see). I thought that I would call JM for an estimate because I had called my usual plumber and there was a service fee while JM didn not charge a service fee. I was assured by JM that I would only be charged for the size of the job (which was obvious). The JM estimator went to his truck and came back with a little less than $1,000 bill. I said no way was I going to pay that for that little job. He went back to his truck and came back with a less than $500 bill. I sent him on his way and called my usual plumber, Young Plumbing, Baytown and they were there in a couple of hours and it took them approx. 1 hr to repair it and the charge was included in their service fee of less than $100.
