This company is very harassing!!!!!!! very unprofessional!!!!! they called me making threatening comments about repossessing my vehicle because my insurance was canceled for one day!!!!! whoever Tammy is and Tina that works there are very rude and disrespectful!!!!!!!!!! they don't treat their customers right and have no type of courtesy whatsoever!!!!!! more

Should've never stopped!! 3/29/2019

John Gibson will finance u no matter what, but in return they will screw u out of your $$, got a vehicle there had it 7 days had to take back to have lifters replaced. They had it for 10 days, refused to extend temp tag even though we were unable to use car. Nobody would give us a invoice of what was done for our future defense. Then started calling husbands employer stating we had no insurance which had been faxed to them twice before. They will rob u blind. A 22,000 dollar car ends up costing 30,000?! If u can help from it do not do business with john Gibson auto. more

John Gibson Auto Sales is only out to scam you and steal your money. They sell sub-standard vehicles for ridiculous prices. There are better places to go if you have bad credit. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! more

Rudest office workers 10/12/2015

Although there are a few very helpful and friendly people that I've met in the office, there are many, 2 specifically who are very rude. I've been in there 3 times in the past two weeks and they've "lost my paperwork". One lady claims she found it but my report was written in black ink and hers was written in blue. Also, the paper she claimed was mine had all the wrong information on it. She was very very ugly to me and my family and we will not be purchasing again from this car lot. more

Rude 5/8/2015

The women who answer the phone are extremely rude. Called 4 times to talk to a salesman to get a price on a vehicle. I was on hold for an average 15 min each time. Finally gave up. more
