My company received a call from a woman who worked for John Galt insurance. She frantically tried to reach the human resource department, and would not under any circumstance leave a simple number so that we could call her back. Instead she continually harassed me trying desperately to speak to someone to answer questions for her - when I asked her if this was for an insurance quote she said yes, only to deny it later on in this frustrating conversation. I was barely able to get a word in, and she had the audacity to say that I was nervous, which was a ridiculous statement. She only got off the phone after promising to call back Monday, still refusing to leave her number. A horrible experience from a very rude employee.
