When u bring ur car in to change oil, they should check the air pressure for the tires. They don't always do that. Even you ask the greeters to write it down but the technician fail to do that. I watched them to do their jobs from a distance. They didn't check my tires for the pressure. And when the service representative returned the car to me, he said they did. They lied. They didn't know I watched them. more

I had a great experience with John Eagle Honda. If you are looking for a saleman who is straight forward and honest, I recommend Sergio Vargas. He was very nice and made it a pleasureable buying experience for me and my dad. more

Stay the hell away from John Eagle!! 5/4/2011

This dealer is an example of EVERYTHING BAD you have experienced, seen or heard about a car dealership. The gave me a price that is $6000 above MSRP, bundled with what claims to be $2000 worth of accessories that cannot be un-installed. They held me at the dealership for almost three hours, for 2 1/2 hours the salesperson was "talking to a manger". Eventually I bought a car with the same configuration at Gillman for $5000 cheaper. It is appalling how bad this dealership is. I hope Honda could get rid of this kind of pest dealer ASAP!!! more

I would definitely recommend John Eagle Honda 11/3/2010

We bought our 2010 Honda Civic from John Eagle Honda and got what I considered to be a good deal on it after looking at a few other dealerships in Houston. The salesman were all nice and did not pressure us at all. Unfortunately 2 weeks after we had the car and only 125 miles on it we were involved in a major accident with $12,000.00 damage done to it. We took it to John Eagle body shop and we are very happy with the repairs done to the car. I would definately reccommend John Eagle Honda very highly! more

Found the car I wanted 10/4/2010

I've only owned used cars in the past, so when I started considering a new car purchase, I was a little hesitant. I met J-D on the floor, and he was very helpful in answering my questions and directing me to a car I found featured on their site. It only took a short test drive to know I found the car I wanted, and as everyone knows, that's the easy part. more

Extremely friendly and prompt service. Highly recommended. 10/1/2010

Jose was very prompt with letting me know what was wrong with my car. He worked with the district service manager to cover my brakes under warranty. The brakes were dealt with in a timely manner. Jose was extremely friendly with me both on the phone and in person. Glad I bought my car at Honda!! Thanks Jose!! more

the General Manager called me and gave me the original deal. He showed me that John Eagle Honda does care about customer service and wants to ensure all customers are satisfied. He turned my not so pleasant experience to a good one. Chris was very helpful, courteous and kept us informed on when the car was due to arrive. more

Went out of his way 9/17/2010

I have worked with John Eagle Honda since I moved to Houston in 1988. They have always been courteous and went far beyond what I have experience with other dealers. Recently I had my car repaired and Richard went out of his way to make sure I had a car for my 90,000 mile service, even though I came in at the last minute). I find that the Richard and the service team are Very attentive and they often know me by name when I come in. more

I enjoyed coming to obtain service for my 2010 Honda Pilot. I was afforded an opportunity to speak with Mr Micah who arranged for me to have a loaner car and everything. I did not have to stop my plans because I needed to get some service. Thanks very much for the excellent experience !! more

Very impressive showroom setup, enough room for customers to comfortably mover around and experience the cars of their choice, salespersons very responsive to customer needs and offered different choices, the paper work took time but managed well. more

Parts department is outstanding 8/4/2010

I came to John Eagle Honda to visit their parts department which has just about any Honda part and many aftermarket parts you can buy. The guys there are great and they provide great, efficient service. They like to cut you a deal too so go here for all your parts needs. The guys here are also knowledgeable on the parts they sell. more
