Joey's Tire & Diagnostic Ctr

This is by far the best shop I've dealt with. Joey was born to work with anything on wheels, he's amazing to watch sometimes. There's nothing they can't do. Ask Joey how he can take a 40 year old car and make it pass today's emissions. I give this shop my problems and they turn them into solutions, at a good price. The un-recommended reviews have to be the wrong place -- these guys are aces. more

rip off.....My car got some water when sandy hit, I only have liability on the car. Joey ""promised"" me he would fix it and it wont cost an arm and a leg. Had the car towed to him, he got it running for $1700! 2 days later, it died again. Joey himself told me ""these things happen because I am trying to save you money"" So a week later, my car is ready for another $800. 2 blocks later my check engine light comes on. Joey said its because I need to drive the car to reset the computer. Turns off the light, I leave and within a mile it comes back on. I call Joey again. He tells me to drive it around and give it some time. I bring it in a week later, they kept it for a few more days and charged me another $400. The light stayed off for a week, then comes back on. I bring it back again, to get it fixed and my inspection done. Joey informed me I need to put about another $2000 into the car to make it pass. I will never deal with this shop again. I looked for reviews of this shop too late. He seems to be scamming alot of people. Alot of people are complaining about him, and now he has one more. Do not use him. more

Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable of what they are doing and want you to know it! They took the time out to explain what exactly was wrong and what you would need to do to fix it. Believe me I did some number on my car ! My tire exploded on the highway and I rode my rim off to the exit and I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new rim! Instead of trying to push me to just by a new one and spend more money.They took the time out to look at my rim. They were able to restore my rim and order me a new tire and the prices here are incredible! I had checked at other places how much I would be paying and the numbers I were hearing were not pretty !! I was so thankful I found Joey's Tire & Diagnostic because if I didn't I would have been paying a ridiculous amount of money. If you are knowledge able cars you can clearly see these guys are doing whats best for your car & If you are unknowledgeable about cars as I were and are a little uneasy you can rest assured using Joeys! They are all genuinely kind people. these guys are THE BEST ON STATEN ISLAND ! THESE GUYS ARE ON HYLAN BLVD NEAR VOLKSWAGEN AUTO AND RABS COUNTRY LANES DON'T GET CONFUSED WITH PAGE AVNE !!!! more

You are confusing Joey's Tire & Diagnostics with Jo Jo's auto parts on Page Ave. I'm sure the people out there that have read this and, that know us ,know the difference between us and them. So Pete Doff do a little more research before you run your mouth! more

Joeys on hylan blvd is a rip off shop!!!! tell you work was done, car left in worse shape when I left. Grease on my floor and seat. Several of my neighbors have had been ripped off by him. He breaks things, doesnt fix it right by the 4th time. avoid him. more
