This state farm office is nothing special. They answer your questions in a robotic type manner. They are unfriendly, give you the runaround when you call. To answer your questions you get put on hold, then on hold again. I think they need to hire or train their staff members to know about the services they offer. PROS: none CONS: robotic, unknowledgeable staff more
