My wife and I had a bad experience at two other dealerships. We were looking for a Dodge Journey and every time we went to finance the numbers changed. I had even took out insurance on the car we were going to purchase and ended up walking out. I went to Chrsyler Jeep Dodge of North Broward to see if anything could be done. They took good care of us. What a different experience as opposed to the other dealerships. We worked with Freddie Cernuda and his manager Jim Riney. He made sure we were taken good care of. Thanks once again!!! more

Gregory has been very helpful. He has made sure to keep me informed through the process. Additionally, He has gone beyond the norm to make sure my requirements were met. Lauren whizzed through my financing exceptionally quickly with a favorable rate and a frinndly smile. I could have used a cheer, though.... \r The staff has been frendly and hospitable making sure I was comfortable and at home.\r The service department rushed to complete a couple of details that were required in a timely manner. more

I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. As usual, I was greeted with a smile and the team was quick and thorough as they adressed my needs. Both Service Advisors were knowledgable of their products, not to mention extremely kind. The Parts Team and Service Technicians as well were very thorough and courteous.I will always take my vehicle to Stanley Dodge of Brownwood, even if I don't drive a Dodge. more
