Joe's Carpet Cleaning usually cleans the same rooms in my house. I had a bad spot from the dog one time, and they cleaned that up great just like everything else. The service is fine, fast, and dependable. His equipment always seems upgraded and functional, too. more

We've used Joe's Carpet Cleaning to clean our rental properties for about four years. He's real good about getting things done. Sometimes I have to get him out there last second. He always gets it done for me. He's always been reliable. I've never had to switch to another carpet cleaner. Anyone who uses him, I know they'll be happy. He's on time and where he needs to be. I bought a home that has a good grade of expensive carpet, but it is filthy and needs to be stretched. I found an advertisement ton Craigslist for Joe's that included a video of the process and equipment used and I really liked what I saw so I called to ask about pricing. They are very reasonable and answered all of my questions. Then I looked for online reviews, which is how I ended up on this site. The reviews look great! Shame on Discount Movers though. I know a ridiculous review when I see one. I will use Joe's service after the house deal closes in a few weeks. I am excited and anxious to see how the carpet turns out...I will keep you posted........ more

Joe, In the past two weeks, we have used your company twice. The first time, on February 15, to move my daughter into her new condo in Moore. The second time, on March 9, to move a baby grand piano from our home in Edmond to my daughter's condo in Moore. Both times the moves went very well and the crews were very polite and hard working. On both occasions they were a little late arriving, but not a big deal, because once they got to work, these guys hussled. I would not hesitate to use Joe's Movers again and would recommend to friends. more

The first time I had my carpeting cleaned, I made the mistake of hiring a company that sent an ad in the mail for ""5 rooms for $24.75."" I knew that was too good to be true, but I didn't expect I'd have to pay over $350, there would still be stains on my carpeting and it would take more than 24 hours to dry. After doing some research on Google, I recently hired Joe?s Carpet Cleaning. And the experience could not have been better. They were friendly and accommodating on the phone and in person. My carpeting has NEVER looked better - not a stain anywhere, even after my 10-month-old son spit up all over it for the past 10 months. Also, it dried in about an hour and the cost was half of what I paid last time. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe?s Carpet Cleaning. To anyone and I will never use any other company!! more

From the first phone call to set up an appointment, until the end of the move everything went smoothly. I was a little skeptical about their low $50/hr rate. I thought that some bums were going to show up with a beat up a pick up truck. Two very professional young men showed up with a big and clean truck. Right away they got to work and before I knew it, the job was done. I was VERY pleased. Would recommend to anyone. A+++++ more

What can I say, was moving in from out of state. Made reservations to have Joe's unload a rental truck for me two weeks in advance, confirmed two days in advance. They were suppose to show up at 8 a.m. on Saturday April 30. At 8:15 I called to see if they were on there way, I was told they were. At 9:05 I called again, they would have to get right back to me. At 10 a.m. after I had already unloaded a U Haul trailer and still had the truck to go my wife called them. It was one excuse after another, the crew was out on another job, the crew they were going to use got hurt earlier in the week (they didn't know that on Thursday or at 8:15 or 9:05 a.m.?) So then my wife went to try to call some other service, luckily on short notice Discount Moving said they would help us out and had two guys from another job come over and unloaded us, helped put our furniture together and were courteous, hard working, and diligent. Joe's manager finally called back and said he was sorry and would send one guy over. It was a little late for that. When you inform someone you have a 4 bedroom house move you would think they would know it will take more than one person. Anyway I will only call Discount Moving in the future and will never call Joe's for any service again. more
