After reading the reviews from a few months ago, I was afraid that we would be disappointed at Joe's. We went there anyway, because we have had excellent experiences at several Joe's (and other Back Bay Restaurants) while traveling in the Boston area.\r \r Thankfully, I was not disappointed at the Joe's in Wellington. The evening meal was exactly as we expected. The quality of food and the excellent service were a great combination.\r \r The hostess was well-spoken, the server was attentive and the food was very good to excellent.\r \r We had calamari, chicken piccata and cheeseburger pizza. All were excellent choices. The food was hot when it got to the table. The vegetables were done perfectly.\r \r The bread and butter at the beginning of the meal are not to be missed! They might be enough to bring me back!\r \r I intend to go back soon. more

Don't bother with Sunday brunch, Perkins blows away the breakfast/brunch you get from here. Not only was our entire table of 4 dissatisfied, the table next to us had what appeared to be worst than ours. A terrible Father's Day Brunch, overpriced and will be our last time their. My prediction, it will be the next to close down at the mall. more

Very satisfying food well representing the flavors and diversity of American fare and for a very reasonable price. I used to work at the bamboo club and it's like a complete 180 in terms of atmosphere and decor. Beautiful. We had a great waiter who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Will be back again. Everything is perfect down to the minute details - the soap in the bathroom, colors, windows, lights, uniform, and the mark of a truly great institution - a courteous manager in formal attire. God Bless the USA! more

I decided to give this place a try last night. Walking in I liked the decor and the feel of the place in general. We were sat at a table. I am a rather tall guy and the table was right on the aisle so I asked to move to a booth. They were nice and moved me as soon as one was clean. Opening the menu I was shocked at the prices. They were prices you would find maybe on the island but not in Wellington. I decided to try the nachos first. They were ok but not worth $10. I also ordered a side salad and the Cuban sandwich. The salad was wilted and they dressing was watered down. The Cuban was dry and had little flavor. They serve the sandwiches with fries and onion strings on top of the fries. Because the onion string were under cooked. They made the fries mushy. On a positive my son said the chicken tenders were good. For $6 they better have been. Hopefully your kids don't like orange juice because that's $5 extra. Service was sub par. As you can see it was the last thing I wrote about. Nothing great but not bad either. I won't be back there any time soon. more

this was one of the most disappointing meals due to poor service, errors with the bill and the most outrageous of all- the server said they had Sprite Zero, and kept filling up our glasses...\r \r Two days later my friend found out that they did NOT have Sprite Zero- just regular Sprite... Imagine if we were diabetic!\r \r We ordered baked potatoes, they brought mashed- said they were out of baked.... why not ask us what we would want? Then they charged us for spinach, which was the side we were entitled to.....\r \r Won't go back... wouldn't recommend this place until they get their act in order. more

While shopping at the Mall at Wellington Green, we decided to get a bite to eat. On the way to the Food Court, we came across this place. Joe's American Bar & Grill is just across from the Food Court and has its own outside entrance. I don't remember seeing it the last time I was at this mall.\r \r The receptionist promptly seated us at a booth. The server was attentive--letting us know the specials of the day, taking our drink orders, etc. After looking over the menu, I decided the chicken salad sounded too good to pass up--Grilled Honey Chicken Salad served with angel hair pasta atop a salad with wontons, sesame seeds and Honey Mustard dressing. This was one of the best salads I've had in a long time! It was a huge salad and server kindly wrapped up the half leftover for me to take home.\r \r I would definitely eat here again, next time I'm in the area. more
