Service is horrible - Purchased used SUV transmission went out, SUV was still under warranty - Service kept my vehicle for over 45 days, since my vehicle was under warranty I felt they gave us inadequate/incomptent service because we were not ""paying customers"". They would not return telephone calls, they would put us on hold and keep us on hold as long as 30 minutes. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I would not recommend Joe Ricci to my worst enemy.
