I've lived in the area all my life, and I used to go at least once a month. The portions are huge, which makes up for the price. The po boys, gumbo (despite other claims) and chicken are amazing. I think it's the best gumbo I have had outside of New Orleans. The food is always cooked well, but, during the week it is really crowded, and service can be a bit slow, but, it's definitely worth the wait. The resturaunt is extremely casual, it's a very down home place. The only complaint I have, is the parking lot is a bit small, and hard to get in and out of, most don't know about the parking lot in the back, which makes things a lot easier!
