I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 25 years. Like everyone else, I was initially upset about the rates and cancellations. Joe not only reviewed all of my policies to make sure that my coverages were appropriate for my current situation, but he took the time to walk me through all of the questions and concerns I had.
