Joe Cook started the agency from scratch in January of 1996 with the first location in Houston at the intersection of NASA Parkway & El Camino Real near Johnson Space Center in the Clear Lake area. During the summer of 2001 a second location was opened in Pearland and is now located on FM 518 (Broadway) just east of the intersection with Cullen Blvd. In the spring of 2003 a 3rd location was opened in Joe's hometown of Kerrville and is now located downtown near the Butt-Holdsworth Library. In the summer of 2015 a 4th location was opened in Montgomery at the Montgomery Summit Business Park located on FM 1097 just north of downtown Montgomery.
