Al Vasey and his staff are truly a credit to State Farm and insurance agents everywhere. I've had State Farm for awhile, and personally knew my agent when I lived in Illinois... they had great service and always knew what was up with my accounts. I was very apprehensive about finding a new agent when moving to Las Cruces, but I needn't have worried. Not only does the staff here know me and what's going on with all of my services, but they make a point to keep me informed and to make sure things are correct, even if I don't. Every single time I've needed to change coverage or have a question all it took was a quick phone call and they just made it right. They even double checked to make sure that my homeowners insurance was all lined up correctly when my lender dropped the ball and gave me a loan without contacting State Farm about my insurance. I could have gone months thinking it was all taken care of while my home was uninsured due to that little accident, but thanks to the staff at Vasey Ins and their habit of staying on top of things it all got taken care of. Incredible.
