I was totally satisfied with her handling of these claims 12/6/2011

In the last 4 years, I have placed 2 major claims with Joanne. Hospital costs for my boy and my daughter. I was totally satisfied with her handling of these claims. Fast, easy, warm...and I think it's worth it. more

"World Class" really does describe Joanne Bryant. This woman is an incredibly knowledgeable in her field and has a great passion for the customers she works with. She's always on time, always pleasant (really, I'm not sure this woman has ever had a bad day), and always professional. She's excellent at explaining all the details in such a way that you won't get overwhelmed. She keeps it as easy as possible on her clients and really goes the extra mile to make sure they're happy with the end results. If you need an agent, if you use State Farm, if you need anything, Joanne is the best route you can take to get there. more

Definitely World Class! 7/29/2011

I recently called Joanne Bryant's office to get Life Insurance. I really had no idea about the different types of policies, or what was right for me going in. I'm so happy I decided to go through this agent. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly as well! They helped to easily demystify the insurance buying process, and I'm completely confident/happy with the policy I chose. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! more

fast, excellent service - very knowledgable I called to get a quote on renters and car insurance; I've never done this myself before, so I had no idea where to start or what insurance entailed - the person I spoke to in Joanne Bryant's office was able to answer every question I had promptly and after speaking with them, I felt I had a much better grasp on what I was buying. The price was great and I couldn't speak more highly of the service. I definitely recommend Joanne Bryant to anyone looking to speak with down to earth people who know exactly what they're talking about. more

Joanne’s agency is very professional and extremely helpful. I have my business insured through her agency and whenever I call and say I need something it gets done. Which is extremely helpful because I live over 5 hours away in Southern California and her office is in Northern California. I greatly recommend her agency no matter where you live in California. more

I actually discovered Joanne?s State Farm Agency through Google and Yelp. With all the positive reviews I decided to give her office a call. Glad I did too because I ended up saving money on both my home and auto insurance. What really impressed me was there follow-up service. Quality! 1/25/2011

I recently purchased a new car and started looking for insurance through one of those sites that let you shop like 10 different companies at once. A representative from Joanne Bryant?s State Farm Agency was about the third company to call me, the quote was really competitive. Since State Farm is a trusted company I decided to look further into it. In the end the deciding factor for me choosing Joanne Bryant?s State Farm Agency over the others in my city was the excellent customer service I received. For me when spending money on anything including auto insurance I want a company that: 1. Saves me some money, 2. Explains the coverage?s to you and 3. Gives you excellent customer service. I found all three in Joanne Bryant?s agency! more

When a representative of Joanne Bryant?s State Farm agency called me, he couldn't have sounded more energized on the phone. Personally, I think insurance is a pretty boring topic, but he was well prepared and a pleasure to talk to. Also, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn't make fun of me for asking something ?dumb.? I recommend giving them about 10 minutes of your time to see what they can do for you! more

Definitely as good as it gets! My immediate family alone has five policies with Joanne Bryant's State Farm Insurance but including my entire family we have over 20 policies with the agency...including home, auto, renters and life insurance. Joanne and her team are very professional and offer five star customer service. They are prompt and accommodating to all questions and concerns. Joanne personally took the time to go through which policies were best fitting for each of us. \r \r We've put our trust in Joanne and her agency and feel very confident not to be let down. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving Joanne's agency a call or a visit for all your insurance needs! more

Great Service Joanne 8/24/2010

I was in need of Renters Insurance as well as Auto Insurance. I received quotes from many small agencies thinking they would be cheaper than the large agencies, they were not. I did in fact call other large Insurance Agencies, none of them could beat State Farm. I called my local State Farm agent and spoke with Joanne Bryant and Alex (forgot the last name), and had my temporary insurance card in less than an hour. They were both a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable. Highly Recommend! 8/16/2010

My family and I have been insured with Joanne Bryant?s State Farm Insurance since she took over in 2009. We have four life insurance policies, two cars and a home insured through the agency. The staff is very accommodating and easily accessible anytime needed. They are open seven days a week which is a huge plus. I have recommended her agency to many of my friends and family members and have yet to receive one complaint. So if you are looking for insurance I would suggest you do the same. Highly recommend! more

Five star service. Provided thorough product knowledge and ensure that I was comfortable/fully aware of what I was getting into. Joanne properly addressed all my concerns and made sure that the policies were a good fit for my daughter and I. Now I feel more secure about my daughter's future.\r \r For those a little unsure about life insurance or facing difficult financial decisions and needs genuine consulting, see Joanne! Seriously, it seems like a big leap but it's actually just a phone call. Or even an e-mail. Physical transportation unnecessary. more

Glad I made the switch! 8/12/2010

I just switched over to Joanne Bryant's State Farm Insurance from Farmers Insurance after three years with them. Joanne's agency was highly recommended through a friend. I never really payed too much attention to my insurance policies or really even to what i was paying because my agent at Farmers ensured me i was getting the "best deal." Little did i know i could have been saving money that whole time. Costs was a huge factor to my switch but the deciding factor was the service i received at the agency. Joanne and her team are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I'm really glad i made the switch. Thanks again to Joanne and her team! more
