This is not a place that you want to do business with! I got my wedding dress and groomsmen tuxedos from here! The problem is the owner, the one you have to deal with the most, she is rude, and does not know anything about true customer service. We had the biggest issues when it came to the mens tuxedos from here, NONE of them fit they were all extremely large , like two guys could get into one jacket! When the owner was told about the problem she did nothing and did not offer any type of refund, discount, nor did she even say she was sorry this happend! She offered no help or solution and did not seem to care at all that here I was the week of the wedding dealing with these issues, the bride and family and bridal party have enough going on, you dont want a rude, inconsiderate person causing an issue like she did! DONT GO HERE!! more

The experience I had at this shop was wonderful! They are truly talented at finding that perfect dress & going the extra mile to make the day perfect! I purchased my bridal gown, veil, jewelry, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, bridesmaid, and flowergirl dresses there. They stored everything until the wedding with no extra fees. They steamed my dress before my portrait before my portrait and before my wedding! I got my dress filthy at the portraits and they were able to spot clean it and get EVERYTHING out! Their seamstress was so polite and she made my dress fit perfect! I drove from Charleston for their shop, but it was well worth it! more

I wanted to take this time to thank Linda and her staff for doing such a wonderful job at making my daughters wedding day a special memory. They all treated us as if we were a part of the family and made every detail flow. Their name will definitely come up to any future brides. more

These girls helped me get ready and feel amazing on my wedding day! I have never felt more beautiful in my life and I cannot imagine getting a more perfect dress anywhere else. They were all so sweet and supportive throughout the whole process and it truly made all the difference for both my mother and me. These girls are the epitomy of southern hospitality! I am not normally one to write reviews, but when I read a few of the others I felt that I needed to! I had an awesome experience! They have a very big selection of bridal gowns & some of the cutest bridesmaid dresses I have ever seen! From the time I walked in the door the girls welcomed me, and were quick to explain the layout of their store so that I was not confused! I purchased EVERYTHING from them, and will be sending all of my friends their way! I was sad to leave them, because I felt that I was part of their family when I left! They have obviously improved tremendously since these reviews were written! Pros: Very Large Selection! more
