Completely apalled with the vendor's level of service. We lost our heating on Saturday night and contacted JM Mechanical on Sunday AM, leaving a message on the emergency line. Josh Moryl said he could only come out on Monday AM. When he arrived on Monday AM, he said that if it had been colder he would have come on Sunday because he works 7 days a week. In my opinion, when it is in the 40's outside and 55 degrees indoors, it warrants prompt attention. We have an infant so we had to find accomodations for the night, as it was too cold to stay at the house. We are new to Cincinnati and would have been pleased to have found a repair service to use in the future, but we will NEVER call JM Mechanical again. WE SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE.
