You guys did just fine. You might try to underpromise and overdeliver--you had said the car would be done at 4 pm and it was pretty late. We had to do a lot of driving back and forth, and it might have been better to say that you would call us or something. That's what we are accustomed to, and that would be perfect. more

Great Service as usual 1/19/2017

New management carrying on the tradition of friendliness and great service. We brought our vehicle to JM Mechanical for a noisy belt and oil burning off of the exhaust. They took care of the problem in good order even though we were experiencing some of the worst winter weather we have had in eight years. We were unable to retrieve the vehicle due to treacherous roads and they kindly stored the vehicle for several days. It will be easy to decide where to take any of our vehicles when the need arises. Quality, acurate service 1/19/2017

Excellent service along with reliability, plus the added bonus vehicle is finished on time. I appreciate the added updates as the vehicle is being worked on, letting myself know what has been found and what procedures I would like to follow through with. Job well done.
