While traveling North on the Indian Nation Turnpike, my tire indicator Light came on. I discovered a screw in my right rear tire. I was able to drive to McAlester, where I was directed to Jim's Tire and Battery. His lot and work bays were full. In spite of being totally swamped, and his phone ringing over and over again, he greeted me with a smile and a Commitment to get me in as quickly as he could. I decided to purchase a New Set of tires, as I noticed the wear was significant. I was so amazed to watch him multi-task through so many customer issues, and all with calm and concern. Oil change & tire rotation 8/23/2015

Took my car in at 8:00 a.m. and it was ready by 9:00 a.m. Not as fast as quick lube but I feel more comfortable with Jim's than our local quick lube. more

The attention to detail that is shown at Jim's is amazing. I took my daughter's SUV in for an oil change and to have them look it over (I'm not a mechanic). They found several things which, if left unattended, could have endangered my daughter's life! I am very pleased with the service I get from Jim's and will be a life long customer. more
