Jimmy John's

I use their delivery for big events for customers as well as when I am having to work at my desk. Much to my dissappointment (after being such a good customer) they were unwilling to make an exception and deliver a sandwich to me at home (5 blocks out of their service area) when I was stuck at home becuase of my son's surgery. Not how I would expect someone to treat a loyal customer who has several other sandwich shops she can use when placing her next 20 sandwich customer order. Bottom line: Good food ......bad customer service more

OMG! What is it with people in Hendersonville constantly going on and giving really bad reviews after one experience! Seriously people! Why are you so angry? I am a transplant from California and we have a million different sandwhich shops. I had never tried Jimmy John's until I moved to TN. It is the BEST! It beats Subway and Jersey Mike's (I serioulsy don't get what the hype about Jersey Mike's is down here-basic, basic, basic sandwiches!) hands-down. I love the #5 (italian). They put italian dressing on it instead of mayo which makes the sandwich so much better. Thier cheese and meat is always fresh and they have REAL unsweet ice-tea! Imagine that! (most places down here don't -it's sweet tea or Nestea). I love Jimmy John's and eat there atleast once a week. It is so much better than eating grease on your lunch hour. Don't listen to the haters- they should eat at McDonald's if they are going to complain about paying $5.00 for a sandwich! Please. While I was over in the area, I decided to try the Jimmy John's that touts itself as having ""gourmet"" sandwiches. In actuality it is just another sub shop, which is fine except that their subs are not even that good. The $4.75 Jimmy John sub (add an additional $ .75 for cheese) was dry and tasteless - even the mounds of lettuce (which made up half the sub filling) was not crisp. The bread was dry and did not mesh well with the other ingredients at all. So for the money - I will stick with Subway or better yet Jersey Mike's.
