Disappointed 1/10/2011

So went to try Jimmy John's for the first (and last) time. Not very hungry and just wanted a Ham and Cheese sandwich. Ordered the slim and asked to add tomatoe only. Was told that I had to order the more expensive sandwich and take everything but the tomato off. Say what? Every sub shop in town offers toppings for free...but not Jimmy Johns. I could understand if I wanted multiple toppings OR charge me for the tomatoe, but to have to pay for a larger more expensive sandwich was a rip-off. more

You'll get tons of sandwich for your money at Jimmy Johns. Ingredients are always fresh and come piled on your sandwich. Options include subs, white bread, and whole grain wheat bread. The sliced bread is extremely thick and soft. Good value for the amount of food you get. I hear they also deliver - don't know what kind of fee is associated with this.
