the employees have always been very friendly and like to joke around with you while you wait. even when they are busy, the food still seems to be made fast. the sandwiches are healthy and i love the fact that i can order sprouts! they also have whole grain bread for those who prefer something other than Italian. the sandwiches are quite large and very reasonably priced.
