I had to have the bank reject it FOR A FEE! A WEEK LATER HE TRIED TO GET PAYMENT AGAIN!!!!!! THE BANK CHARGES FOR RETURN PAYMENTS. Signing with James L Winter is like signing a contract with the DEVIL< HE WON"T LET YOU OUT OF IT! Do yourself a favor and find another agent!
