Worst dealer ever 8/3/2011

This was, bar none, the worst car buying experience I've had in my life! Lied about the price, lied about the trade, even brought the wrong car from their other dealership! Their excuses for the various problems just kept piling up as more and more problems developed. Either they are horrible, horrible people, or else they are beyond inept. One way or the other, avoid like the plague. more

Horrible customer service!! 7/1/2011

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. We traded in our car and it took the dealership over three weeks to send the payoff check to our bank. Not only did this cause us to almost miss a payment that could have damaged our credit, but it caused us to pay interest on two loans for almost three weeks!! On top of all that, when I called the dealership to discuss the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and acted as if how dare I bother her with such trivial things. There are much better dealerships out there with much better customer service!! more
