I don't know when those two negative reviews were written, but our experience on 7-31-2015 was totally different. The two managers were courteous and professional. They went out of their way to help us. The store hours are plainly posted on their website... and any courteous shopper knows that 5:00 means the gates close at 5:00. (it does not mean you can sneak in under the wire and spend an additional 1-2 hours of their time while you try to make up your mind) more

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! Called before driving across town to ask about pricing. The man that answered was incredibly short and rude, answered the first question then hung up on me. So, really aggravated, I drove across town anyway because I knew they had what I was looking for. On a Saturday, they close at 3:00 (which I did not know). The gate was open and employees were outside still. It was 2:55 (not 3:00 yet) when we drove up and this RUDE RUDE man just stuck his head out of the door and waved us away angrily, pointing us to leave without even allowing us to park. I couldn't even believe how rude this man was and that he wouldn't even apologize that they were closing. I WILL NOT GO BACK!! more

I went to this place to get some brick for my backyard's, i only need about 25 pc of the dublin mod brick (3pc set brick) and that came out to be 4.5 square feet total. The guy told me that i got 14 square feet and would only bring me up for 10 square feet @ 3.85 per square feet. Came back there for a refund, and thats when i found out that the guy is having a nasty attitude and need to be fire by the owner. This was the place on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge and the guy is a tall bald head guy always wear a grey t shirt he be working inside the and outside. This guy need to be fire. I also called the Better Business Bureau on them. Hope they get this people straight because they will jack a lot more people down the road. more
