Jim Olson has been my family agent for over twenty years. I was just in here last week to talk to agent Jim Olson about insurance and financial services. I liked this office because the location is easy to get to and there's a big, free parking lot. This agency was clean, neat, organized and the people there were very friendly. I did not wait at all and got to speak to the agent (Jim) immediately. He was very knowledgable about insurance and financial services and had great recommendations about what kind of coverages I would need, what I really didn't need, how much everything would cost and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He gave me some tips on how to save some money on my auto and home insurance and did not pressure me at all to buy anything. This guys is alright in my book and way better than those really, cheesy, tacky, scumbaggish insurance salesman that are all over Hollywood. I am really impressed by the service I received from Jim's office. \r \r Jim took the time to sit down with me and review my auto policy with me. I had no idea that what I thought was full coverage at my previous company would have left me in trouble if I was in an accident.
