The best place for insurance... Progressive, Geico, Farmers, Allstate....theyre all low price and low quality..... When it came time for my wife and I to insure our home and our lives for my children I wanted the ABSOLUTE BEST. Not only part of the best company in America, STATE FARM, I went to Jim Olson and found out his agency is the BEST of the BEST. His Staff are all efficient, friendly, and well educated! They helped me get two Universal Life Insurance policies, my Homeowner's, and my auto policies incredibly smoothly and organized just right for me! I can call anytime 24hrs and Jim is even willing to talk to me late nights and weekends! Don't waste your time anywhere else, they are the best!!! more

Great Insurance Agent 2/5/2010

Jim Olson has been my family agent for over twenty years. We have watched his family grow along side our own, and all the way he and his staff have been there to accommodate all our insurance changes and needs. We have moved a few times and are now far from his Hollywood office, but he still came out to do an inspection of our most recent home for our homeowners policy.\r \r His staff is very responsive and always looking for ways to give us the best value for our dollar. They even give us a courtesy call if our payment is late, so as to prevent any lapse in coverage. These guys are in it for the long haul and are always available with a warm greeting and professional advice.\r \r Should we ever face difficult circumstances we know Jim and his team will be there ready and willing to help. This agency is really straightforward, honest and professional - they will get my business! 1/26/2009

I was just in here last week to talk to agent Jim Olson about insurance and financial services. I liked this office because the location is easy to get to and there's a big, free parking lot. This agency was clean, neat, organized and the people there were very friendly. I did not wait at all and got to speak to the agent (Jim) immediately. He was very knowledgable about insurance and financial services and had great recommendations about what kind of coverages I would need, what I really didn't need, how much everything would cost and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He gave me some tips on how to save some money on my auto and home insurance and did not pressure me at all to buy anything. This guys is alright in my book and way better than those really, cheesy, tacky, scumbaggish insurance salesman that are all over Hollywood. Give these people a chance and visit - you'll see how the years of experience will benefit you/ They know what they're doing an that's the type of agency you need nowadays. more

Honest, Experieced and Knowledgeable 1/19/2009

I am really impressed by the service I received from Jim's office. \r \r Jim took the time to sit down with me and review my auto policy with me. I had no idea that what I thought was full coverage at my previous company would have left me in trouble if I was in an accident. I even saved money and Jim gave me a renter's policy for almost nothing extra over my car policy.\r \r After we spoke, Jim introduced me to his staff members. His staff are very professional. The office was warm and inviting and I felt right at home when I was there.\r \r I am very happy that I switched to State Farm and Jim. I highly reccommend his office! Pros: Great office, friendly staff, met with Agent, actually saved money! Cons: Upstairs offce, parking. more
