If I could put no stars I would, I dealt with these retards last year around June. The first thing they do is show up to your accident, then they immediately jump in your face so you can let them tow your car. I was just in an accident, last thing I wanted to deal with was some misfit from Jim Mazz in my face. Without me giving him permission he hooked my car. I didn't know anything about them until after my car was towed. DO NOT DEAL WITH JIM MAZZ! They charge the crap out of you for towing and storage fees. If you see anyone from Jim Mazz Auto look the other way, I'm not saying this to be a jerk but to help you from making the same mistake I did. more

Worst Dealer and Tow Truck Drivers in Town 10/9/2010

I haven't had the pleasure myself of dealing with Jim Mazz Auto, as I don't have my driver's license (thank god for that). But I do know how their Tow Truck drivers operate. A friend of mine drives for a competor company and sometimes I go with him on accident calls. Jim's boys are gonna kill someone someday. They fun red lights, run stop signs, have caused countless accidents themselves including one right at William and Bailey Streets back in July or August. They push other Towing Drivers out of the way, hop into ambulances and harrass disoriented people who were just in an accident. Most people go with them because of where there shop is located but I tell you go with someone that will tow your vehicle to where you want it to go. Jim will rip you off anyway he can. And now he is trying to get his own TV show!!! Hope they turn out to be a laughing stock!!!! When it comes to accidents I wouldn't let Jim Mazz have my car is he was the only collision shop with 500 miles of me. I would pay the extra money to have it towed somewhere else. more

jim sold me a boat, after taking possession it immediately needed $1,600.00 in work just to keep from sinking. for a $50,000.00 boat that was sold as perfect, he is a THEIF ..save yourself a lot of misery and shop somewhere else or i guarantee you will regret it !!!!!!!!!!!! more

What made my experience unique? hmmmm.....I didn't think what they pull is legal. From pricing that they attempt to justify with 'labor' which was probably hired from the local rehab center to illegal catch phrases like ""save you your deductible"" or ""free rental"" they rake you. I took my car to auction because i couldn't sell in good faith (something they know nothing of) after what they did 'repairing' it. My particular favorite was the wrong parts used (identifiable by a different manufacturors emblem). Dirty Dealers. Great customer service 11/17/2009

I was in my first accident and was treated with class and respect. The tow truck driver was very kind to me and made sure I understood where my car will be and what my next steps are. The next day when I got to there shop the women at the counter was very helpful and understanding. My car was fix by there collision shop and i was very with the end result. Worst Collision and Towing Shop in Buffalo!! 2/5/2009

I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone go to Jim Mazz Auto Group!! I was in an accident and the tow truck towed my car here. When I went the next day to have it towed to my dealership, they told me that I should not trust the dealership and that I would get ripped off if I had it towed away. I told them that since it was the other driver's fault, it needed the tow and storage to be billed to the other driver. The cashier said that it was fine, so we left. But when the tow truck showed up, they told him that I had not paid and they would not release the vehicle. Plus when I called to figure out the payment, they told me I would have to pay in cash because they did not want to take my credit card(just to make my life more difficult). Worst customer service ever, I was so happy when my car was towed out of that place!! Cons: Customer service is worst that I have ever experienced! more

Worst tow truck to get after being in an accident 1/17/2009

I would never recommend anyone to use Jim Mazz towing or anything else. Just yesterday my vehicle was in a two car accident which was caused by the other driver. My son who was driving and his uncle who was a passenger in my vehicle has never been in accident before so Jim Mazz tow truck driver convinced them to let him tow my vehicle to Jim Mazz collision shop. After one day of being at Jim Mazz shop they charged me $266 to get my vehicle which is a rip off. My car hadn't even been there 24 hours but yet they charged this outragous amount for a tow and storage I never even authorized. So if you see this tow truck I would suggest you run the other way cause they're out to rip people off no matter what the cost. Not to mention the horrible service I received when trying to recover my car. Cons: Terrible services and total rip off. more

Best collision shop ! 1/14/2009

On Dec 30 I was broadsided after skidding out of control getting on the 198 on ramp. My Ford Motors towing said it would take 90 min. to get a tow truck out to me. All of a sudden like an angel out of the blue Jim Jr. shows up said would you like a tow and we'll take care of everything for you. And we'll even work with you on your deductable. These guys are amazing !!! I Highly recommend this shop. Very friendly, professional and fast. more

Helpful and Stress Free 12/12/2008

Jim mazz auto was very helpful when my youngest son barrowed my car and crashed into a guard rail. I was very happy that my son was alright, not only that the tow guy took good care of him and took him back to the shop where I met him. I was a little upset that I did not have a vehicle to drive, but they took care of all the arrangements which was nice so that I could have a vehicle to get back to work everyday. I called the insurance company up, and I decided that Jim Mazz Auto was where I wanted to get my car fixed. I usally get my car fixed at a dealership and to be honest, the work has not always been great and cost alot of money. I tried something new this time and I was very pleased with the outcome. The car does look as good as ever as they promised, and they did it in a nice time frame. Pros: Did a great job making my car look great! Cons: Very limited parking, but I guess there are worse things in the world more

These guys are awesome, Jim Mazz (they call him Walkin Boss) is has an excellent shop. I got in an accident and they saved me a ton of money. His son Jim Jr. works a fast, tight repair shop your in and out!!! Just like a mac daddy pimpin!! They're so great over there, they even hire the mentally challenged like little sushi who does his best every day!! Then there's Jay the coll quiet cat of the operation he's always shakin and movin getting things done!!! Smooth Adam Mazz will have you not knowin wether your comin or goin that boys dreamy good lookin. All in all this was a Righteous Fist of Freedom skill level 10 experience!!! And that's about as good as it gets. Pros: Free coffee and message by Sushi Cons: absolutely none more

Helped me out when I was really in a Jam 9/29/2008

I had totaled my car and the Jim mazz people towed my car, to say the least I was upset. I didnt have a car, I have no credit and I needed my car to get to work. To say the least I was a lil screwed. So I went there to check out my car, who would have thought I would be driving off with a car the next day. The sales manager talked to me and got me into a nice vehicle for a great price. I paid no finance fees, car was delivered clean and quick, and it drives great. You always here places that say they love bad credit or no credit and when you get there its not always what it seems. But these guys were good and honest, I had little to no credit, and they got me in a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: They were honest, and helpfull which is rare these days more

Very good towing service, very kinda and curtious 9/29/2008

Unfortunately I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago, Thankfully no one was injuried, but my car wasn't in the greatest condition. The drivers of the tow truck, I bealieve his name was Adam was very kind and curtious. He helped me at the scene and made me feel comfortable about the situation. I went to Jim Mazz Auto to check out my car, and they helped me grab everything out, plus carried it out to my car. I got my car fixed by there collision department and I couldn't be happier, my car looks great again, and I thank Jim Mazz Auto for doing such a great job, in a timely manner. They even called up a rental car company for me which seemed above and beyond. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!! more

I received very poor customer service. They almost had my business, but with the way I was treated, I went some place else to have my car worked on. I can?t believe they are still in business. There are plenty of collision and repair shops to choose from in this area. Don?t waste your time with Jim Mazz Cons: a big waste of time more

terrible. the worst experience i had when purchasing a car. they are liars and cheaters as well. I was 18 when i bought a car from them they took advantage of me. they told me they will fix the few things that were wrong with the car the day of purchase then gave me the run around. they are so expensive with automobiles n towing is even worse. i cant believe they are still even open. I purchased a car from them there is an automatic 30 day warranty, my tranny went one day before my warranty was up. they held my car n didnt write the report till my warranty was expired then told me they couldnt fix it. Predator is the Perfect word. Pros: they're nice before you purchase a car or get your car towed Cons: they have no respect n no heart after more

How are they still in business 5/14/2008

Lousy customer service, wait time on the phone can be catagorized as neglect, they overcharge, want to charge for storage after they agree to hold a vehicle, communication is poor, won't work with you and the list goes on and on. My car was towed by jim mazz auto after I was in an accident. The tow truck operators and office personel could not have been more helpfull. They arranged a rental helped with my deductible, and the repair was excellent. I wauld recommend them to anyone. Pros: excellent work Cons: parking more
