I have used Jim Lane for multiple repairs and was very satisfied with the service and price. The last time my wife and I called to ask about service, the young woman that answered the phone was so rude and nasty to both of us that I have started taking my vehicle elsewhere. I hope this company will realize the lousy customer service that I got on the phone and make a change in staff. I really do not want to pay someone to be so rude to me and my family. I'll miss Jim's shop. :-( If this changes, let me know and I'll be back.
