These are the ones to call! 10/15/2009

When the drains around my house failed and water pooled, I feared that water would eventually make it into my house. I panicked, I called several different places. Some places had voice recording machines where I could leave a message, some people didn't speak english.. and some just rang and rang. When I got to Jim Dandy I got a real live english speaking person who understood my urgency. She rearranged her schedule so that I could get someone out right away, because she was also concerned about the raising water levels. The technician came out when they said he would. Not that it mattered, but he did have a clean professional appearance. I appreciated his kind disposition, I felt like he wasn't there because he had to be, he really did want to help. The job wasn't easy, they ended up having to bring out the big truck that sucked the water up at the last minute, saving my carpet! I recommend Jim Dandy, they by far exceeded my expectations. more

JIM DANDY PLUMBING SAVED THE DAY WERE POLITE , PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME 12/29/2008

OUR SEWER HAD BACKED UP CAUSING OUR BASEMENT TO FLOOD WE WERE NEW TO THE SEATTLE ARIA AND DID NOT HAVE A PLUMBER AND DID NOT KNOW WHO TO CALL WE ASK OUR NEIGHBOR WHO RECOMMENDED JIM DANDY PLUMBING AND SEWER TO FIX OUR PROBLEM THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY AND HAD OUR SEWER CLEARED OUT IN NO TIME HELPED WASH DOWN THE BASEMENT AND EVEN HELPED HAUL OUT A MATTRESS THAT HAD GOTTEN SOAKED WITH WATER FROM THE BACK UP THEY RAN A SEWER CAMERA DOWN THE PIPE TO CHECK ITS CONDITION FOR US AND GAVE US SOME IDEAS AS TO HOW TO KEEP IT IN OPERATIONAL MODE .....THANK YOU... The Last Honest Plumber 11/4/2008

I have a house in seattle that needed to have some of the plumbing repaced. I have been putting it off for years after a terrible run in with a plumber who we hired to do a job, he gave us a good price, then when the work was done the bill had tripled! I have been terrified to go through this again. I called several places to get a feel for the company and decided to try Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing. They came out fast, they did a great job, and the price was exactly as they said it would be. Honest and Fair! I will no longer hesitate to call a plumber, I will just call Jim Dandy! Pros: They were very professionial and efficient! Cons: No cons here.. the other plumbers are the cons! more

Sewer Cleaning Wizards! 10/27/2008

We started having problems with my sewer line a couple of months ago, and I had two different companies come out and try to clear it. Both times things seemed fixed for a week or so, then the problem came back. The third time I called Jim Dandy and had one of their technicians on at my door in about an hour. He got to work with his heavy duty drain cleaning machine and in less than an hour cleared the sewer line all the way to the city sewer and made a video tape for me showing the condition of my pipes. more

The Last Honest Plumber 10/27/2008

I found water in my basement, and called Jim Dandy Sewer. They charge by the hour, which made me a little nervous.. how do we know they wont be working in slow motion? Well, they surprised me with their efficiency! The technician was on time, had a professional appearance, got the job done quickly, and left my basement clean. Through the process they were able to answer my questions, and left me feeling well informed. I have used other companies before, and after the horible past, will never call anyone else again! Call Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing, they will get it done, and get it done right! Pros: Jim Dandy was on time, professional and very efficient! more
