Customer Service 10/31/2011

I placed an order back in July for Facilities & Engineering week Oct 23rd thru 29th when I distributed the hoodies I had two that did not fit. I called customer service to see if it was possible to exchange or just order a larger size. Not only did they have a larger hoodie in stock they allowed me to exchange with no other questions asked, to me this is a quality company and I will order from you again in the future. Case Management Week items 9/20/2011

Everything was great......the sample bags are super and you can throw everything in one bag or break up the items and use for multiple door prizes, etc. Good quality and good value. Thanks. more
