Absolutely the worst customer service ever! On my initial estimate I was told it would take 3 days to repair my vehicle. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and was promised it would be ready Friday at lunch time. I called Thursday evening to just check in and make sure everything was ready for Friday at noon, and at that time I was asked to call back Friday at 11 to check up. So I called Friday at 11, was told ""I don't have an answer for you just yet, call me back at 2."" I told them I will need a definite answer as I already had to return the rental car 1, and I am a graduate student with study groups all weekend. Well after giving me the run around they say ""first thing ""Monday."" Here it is Monday and now I am being told ""should be lunch time...."" I ask exactly what time because again I have class and meetings and the only answer I get is ""between 10 and 2."" So I call back and ask for the manager, tell him the situation and he takes my number and says he will call back...... and yet I am still waiting.... I WILL NEVER USE JIM BURKE BODY SHOP EVER AGAIN!!!!!
