My first experience was, unfortunately, not a very good one. My "stylist" was disinterested and very unfriendly from the start, barely grunting out a few words. I attempted some weak humor to maybe elicit a smile, but it failed miserably. I explained, thoroughly, what I was looking for, and asked if she had suggestions. She had none. I could tell the way she was cutting there was little interest in doing what I had asked, and when I was spun around to look in the mirror, I was right. My request was to have my rather thick hair layered, very layered, to preserve the length yet allow it to lay nicely. Her attempt at layering was probably not as good as what I would find in a beauty school student. After seeing the "finished" product, I gave up, knowing that it was useless. She barely grunted a thank you when I paid (including a tip, for what, I don't know). Needless to say, I will never go back, and I STRONGLY recommend that you find a different place to go for your hair needs.
