We have been in business since 2007 and although we cannot please every single individual, we have not had a validated complaint to date. If a Hair Follicle Replication™ service was in fact performed in January of 2013, the healing process would not yet be completed, as it takes at minimum of 6 weeks to complete the healing process. Full results cannot be judged or observed until the client has fully healed. It is at that point the client and his/her Practitioner would meet again to discuss the results of the initial service and whether or not it would be necessary for additional appointments to meet the clients’ desired outcome. \r Furthermore, we do not have hidden fees and fully discuss the selected service(s), the costs involved and potential future appointment pricing in depth with each and every client. We then go a step further to ensure our clientele has a complete understanding of our pricing for the service(s) they have chosen, by providing a clear financial agreement that is signed PRIOR to the service(s) commencement. I've always had thin hair and wanted my scalp tattooed so that my skin wasn't so noticeable. Went here for a hair follice tattoo replication and it was RIDICULOUSLY expensive ($5k). Jhon Jhon himself tattooed me and only did 2 thin strips that equaled about a total of 5 inches in lengh. Zero color stayed behind (and actually left some new little bald patches after it healed) so this whole procedure was a gigantic waste of time and money. They say this happens sometimes, so that's why they offer 3 'free' touch ups. Free to them means you pay for only the needle and the ink, you don't pay for the time. I can only imagine what that costs since I also had my permanent eyeliner redone there for $895+tax. I wanted it done thicker than I previously had and I came out with it looking exactly the same. The 'free' touch ups for the eyeliner after that would be $400! I can only assume the 'free' touch ups for the head tattoo are at least $2K. Then when you get the bill to pay, they have the nerve to write on the bill what a 15,%, 20%, and 25% tip would be,... as if you haven't really paid enough. Overall, costly procedure that did nothing. more
