They have fantastic and unique designs, they don't buy their jewelry out of a catalog. They actually make it. It's hard to find real jewelers anymore, that do more than just simple repairs and that actually make their own stuff. If you want a one of kind piece of jewelry, Jewelry of Joy is the place to go. more

Worst Customer Service 2/11/2012

I got my wife's engagement ring from a different store, and wanted them to make a wedding band to fit my piece. My first mistake was to think that these people were artists. Not only did they say they wouldn't work on my ring, but they put it down for not being from their store. How unprofessional can you get? I will never use this store. The ladies were uninformed and snotty. Go anywhere else. more
