let me just start off by saying i use to sell jewelry back in the 1980's I know stone quality, pricing and style. I was shocked at what I paid, I took my time and spent more but the quality was well worth it. Even on a budget, you can find quality. The help I received from Frank was top notch, 100% customer service. Had the ring sized and took it home the same day. I went to get earrings and picked up a diamond ring as well. I?ve been a customer of Jewelry Exchange for just a few months. Needless to say, the place lures by its grander and superior quality of diamonds. Once inside, there is no forceful, repetitive approach generally made sales personnel. The customer has a freedom of quietly enjoying tasteful selection of jewelry in ample variety before any conversation with a professional. As I was going through their collection there were several particular rings that stood out. At one point, I thought, that my indecisiveness will drive everyone around me crazy and I would be forced to leave. On contrary, the more I confused myself the more help and understanding I received from truly courteous employees of Jewelry Exchange. They understood my vision and were able to offer rings to match my budged and style. The entire experience felt so refreshing (compared to other jewelry establishments), and so pleasant that I decided to buy the ring and order one more for a different occasion. I've been shopping for an engagement ring for several months now, and shopping at the jewelry exchange for a diamond was the easiest part of the whole process. I worked with Lilian, Manal, and Jon who all did an exceptional job providing amazing customer service. They were friendly, honest and very straight forward. When I decided that I would like to purchase the setting from another retailer, they were flexible and understanding, even encouraging me to purchase the setting from the alternate retailer if I had already found something I loved (I had).\r \r What I actually purchased from Jon, Manal and Lilian was a diamond, and without getting into details I will just say that they gave me a deal I am VERY confident could not be found anywhere else. Their prices were more than 15% below other local retailers, and substantially below national retailers I found by shopping online. My boyfriend went to the Jewelry exchange to look for my ring. He was very nervous because every other place was intimidating and pushy. Lois greeted him and helped him select a beautiful ring, not a traditional solitaire. My boyfreind fell in love with one particular ring. The problem would be finding a band because of the shape of the ring. After a little searching Lois came up with the perfect band to go with it.\r We both love it!! I was thrilled when he gave me the ring and even more when I saw the band. You would swear they were sold as a set. The best part is that Lois never pressured him and made him feel relaxed. What a pleasant surprise the Jewelry Exchange was. The place is spacious so that you are not standing close to others while looking at the jewelry. The people are incredibly helpful, professional, courteous, patient, yet super friendly. They have an excellent selection of whatever you are looking for and their prices are not "over the top". My fiancee and I went into the jewelry exchange to purchase our engagement ring. After a couple months it became apparent that the ring was not the right fit. We were able to exchange the ring for a different one and get the remaining balance on a gift card. We have since gone in multiple times to purchase an assortment of jewlery including bracelets and necklaces. Each time having a great experience with the workers. After watching many commercials promoting this store, my husband and I when to look for a new wedding ring. We found a new wedding ring for him and myselft fwith a combinde price of less than the orginally price of my first ring. The empolyee is are very helpful.
