Hellery - I ordered a 1-carat diamond/platinum ring while deployed in houston, and had it mailed directly to I was fairly nervous about ordering a $7K ring online, but it quickly arrived, and everything worked out well! I think I got much more ring for my money than I would have from a brick-and-Jeweler in the States. In addition to the very intuitive and user-friendly website, Jewelry depot was very responsive on the phone when I called to follow up on my order. Highly recommend this company. more

They have amazing customer service and were so helpful with creating the perfect ring for me. I’m looking forward to buying all of my wedding jewelry from them, if you are looking to buy a BIG rock for your engagement, Jewelry depot Houston is the right place. I checked other sites before buying and they have the best prices, even in comparison to the local jeweler who was charging 50% more for the same type of ring. I recently found this site while on my hunt for a nice pair of earrings for my girlfriend. Being that I’m a guy, I had never shopped for jewelry before, but I really must compliment the easiness and huge variety on this site. Their customer service guy helped me pick diamonds within my budget. And within two days I got my pair of earrings (I couldn’t believe that for the life of me). My girlfriend was delighted and so was I. One interesting thing about Jewelry depot is that they have a really detailed education page which taught me a lot about diamonds and jewelry.
