Been coming to Ulises Jewelry for over 10 years. Not only is their repair service great, but have had them design rings for me & they are second to none! Look no further if you want to make sure you are finding a quality as well as an honest jewelry shop. If they don't have what you want, they will design it for you! An old fashioned honest place where the customer really does come first. Broken earrings?? Ask about having them made into a ring!!! I would recommend them to anyone. No job is too small or to big for them to tackle! more

Jewelry By Ullses is located on 3527 West Thunderburd Road in Phoenix. While I was on business, I went in this little store. It is very quaint, but the prices are unreal. The sales persons were all helpful, without being pushy. I end up buying a necklace and a bracelet. I got them appraised once I got back to Alabama. THey were worth more than I paid. I could not believe it. The jeweler said they were real high end pieces. I believe they also have a pawn business. If you are interested in that, you would need to call as I didn't use that service. I do recommend this business, though. They are great! Let Jewelry By Ullses be your jeweler! You won't regret it! more

I brought a ring I needed resized and they did a good job. In fact, one of my pets just chewed up a gold earring and I am hoping they can fix it. Also, I need to sodder together my mother's wedding ring set so I'll be doing that as well. Prices are very fair and they are HONEST. more

This is a small little jewelry shop. They also buy some jewelry as well. They have a fair selection to choose from. They have good prices. Much better pricing than the jewelry stores in the mall. They have layaway as well. The staff is always helpful and nice. This store is not as fancy and nice as some other jewelry stores but it's worth a trip to save some cash. more

Horrible jeweler ! NEVER will I trust them (Ulysis or Joe) with any of my jewelry again. \r A pathetic excuse for a company, that should not be dealing with the public. Dishonest, Overpriced, would they not even try and Rectify their issue and mistake! I would never recommend them to anyone! I brought a custom made engagement ring to them for sizing along with a soldered band attached. My instructions were explicit and in writing! This set was to have been sized and spot welded together so that in future I could have them separated. On its return, the ring was not soldered as requested but the entire bands were made into one solid piece as if the band was not indeed sized but stretched out instead ! The resulting bands were substantially thinner and the initial integrity of the ring instead of the substantial piece it was, was now ruined. When complaining about such shoddy work and the blatant disregard and cutting comers, $275.00 later I was upset and they did not try to more

I have found these people to be extremely honest and trustworthy. I have purchased some items and have had MANY repaired by them. I am a person that gets "second opinions" and "cost estimates" and these people have been well below the other estimates and they do quality work. You cannot go wrong using them. more
